Born in 1969, lives and works in Tel-Aviv.
Shatz is a video artist and a painter. He is a graduate of the Bezalel MFA program (2012) and The Camera Obscura School of Art (1999). He presented in various exhibitions and institutions such as Tel Aviv Museaum of Art, Haifa Museum of Art, the Nahum Gutman Museum and more. His last exhibition at Rosenfeld Gallery in Tel Aviv, 'Habibti, A State For All It's Citizens', was recently purchased by the Tel Aviv Museum of Art and is currently shown as part of the contemporary Israeli art collection of the museum.
